Chants secrets de l’étang

En cette fin de nuit brumeuse et sombre, d’étranges sons résonnent sur l’étang. Cachés du promeneur matinal, des batraciens, des petits passereaux et autres volatiles d’eau, font surgir leurs cris et chants des roseaux qui bordent l’étang. Cette étrange musique est baignée du son crépitant de la pluie de la nuit qui finit.

At the end of a misty, dark night, strange sounds echo across the pond. Hidden from the morning stroller, amphibians, small passerines and other water fowl call and sing from the reeds lining the pond. This strange music is bathed in the crackling sound of the rain as the night draws to a close.
