ENTRE CHIEN ET LOUP

Fin de nuit, dans laquelle bruissent et se font entendre les habitants nocturnes du lieu. Les hulottes (Strix aluco) lancent leurs derniers cris qui déchirent le calme de la nuit finissante. Puis, le coucou gris (Cuculus canorus), fait résonner de son lancinant ostinato la forêt encore sombre de cette fin de nuit. Des bruissements d’ailes attestent de l’éveil du petit monde ailé, saluant ainsi, les premières lueurs du jour.

It’s the end of the night, when the nocturnal inhabitants of the area can be heard rustling. The tawny owls (Strix aluco) let out their final cries, shattering the stillness of the late night. Then, the grey cuckoo (Cuculus canorus), makes its throbbing ostinato resound in the forest still dark at the end of the night. The rustling of its wings attests to the awakening of the little winged world greeting the first light of day.
